FRUKT and Rogers & Cowan align under singular leadership structure

Two prominent agencies which specialize in entertainment, Rogers & Cowan and FRUKT, are becoming close comrades.

The duo of companies are being aligned under the the vertical leadership of Mark Owens (CEO) and Rich Davis (COO) at joint parent Octagon Sports and Entertainment Network – which claims the move will ‘bring an unprecedented level of influence and relevance to the Integrated Communications marketplace’.

Together, the two agency brands employ more than 250 entertainment marketing execs around the world.

Rogers & Cowan, run by chairman Paul Bloch and co-presidents Alan Nierob and Fran Curtis, is primarily known for their PR representation of movie talent such as Denzel Washington, Kevin Costner, Vin Diesel, Brie Larson, Felicity Jones, Riz Ahmad, John Boyega, Chris Pratt, will.i.am, Jerry Bruckheimer and Robert Zemeckis.

However, the company also represents music acts such as The Rolling Stones, and Elton John, in addition to the likes of David Beckham and Jimmie Johnson.

Rogers & Cowan also manages red carpets and pop culture ‘activations’ at the likes of The GRAMMYs, The Latin GRAMMYs, MusiCares Person of the Year Dinner, Emmy Awards, CMT Awards, Insomniac, Rock in Rio USA, ComplexCon and CinemaCon.

FRUKT, meanwhile, is known for forging brand partnerships in music; recent examples include bringing together Gwen Stefani and Justin Timberlake with Mastercard, and Cisco with Live Nation.
