Imagem Music has appointed Ed Poston to the role of Senior A&R in London.
The new role, effective immediately, will see Poston work across all artists and songwriters across all aspects of A&R.
He will report to Kim Frankiewicz, Imagem Music UK MD.
Poston most recently led A&R and publishing for Glassnote in the UK, working with artists such as Aurora, James Hersey and Tor Miller, along with songwriters such as Jonny Wright.
Previous to Glassnote, Poston was an executive at BMI in their Writer-Publisher Relations department for the UK and Europe.
During three years at BMI, he brought in artists including Ed Sheeran, Gotye, Avicii, Ellie Goulding, Example and Nero.

In 2009 Poston founded the widely-used A&R tipping site, The Live List, and has worked in various other fields in music such as tour management, promotion and TV plugging.
