The ideal candidate will have proven track record in creative licensing, with at least 5 years of experience in music publishing, a record label, sync agency and/or related industry i.e. advertising or production
Required: Proven international marketing and promotion experience within a record label or distributor – international marketing experience essential, frontline promotions experience (press and/or radio)
Required: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Keen attention to detail, accuracy and detail-driven
The successful applicant will be responsible for all business affairs matters across recorded music, music publishing, service deals, and will assist the board in industry related matters.
5+ years of music marketing experience, deep expertise in digital marketing, including social media, advertising, audience development, and DSP marketing.
Strong time management and organization skills are key here to manage the varied regular tasks, as well as organisational ability to keep incoming information usable and findable
Must have strong proven leadership skills, with experience of leading and motivating teams, and an excellent grasp of the UK and Global catalogue and a passion for our artists, repertoire and business
